Sigil says 36% of group's currant hate to caster; but it doesn't say: "except the person who has amends" which is the truth and how they had to tweak it to stop it bugging out amends.

I'd heard the same thing Thorrson. A deagro should shift your place on the hate list, it doesn't change the amount of hate you recieved, it just removes it afterwards.

Sceptical, but I'll try it out. So you guys are saying buffs and poison procs that lower hate are all calculated after the hate transfer occurs as well?

unless the decrease the hate coming in, it should work. The odd ball is the ranger hate decreaser as I think that happens on the incoming hate, not on the hate position. That is the one I'm really doubtful on. The rest (in theory) should work ok.

For example, Ignorant bliss reduces your hate by so much (fixed amount), it doesn't decrease the amount of hate you are gaining, which is being syphoned off through Amends, which is only pulling what is currently being generated (not what is being managed)

If it's a hate gain reduction or increase, that happens before the transfer. If the Ranger buff is a hate gain reduction, then yes, it's before the transfer and should be removed if they are being amended.
