Ok as far as the effects are concerned the Proc is still flawed for the same reason as the fabled. This affects both the spell damage/heal and Holy Avenger as if you arent using many spells when tanking then the proc isnt frequent and caps etc are an issue anyway.

If you are a support tank and casting heals and damage spells then it makes more sense but the caps still have an effect.

The 10% reduction on damage taken is useful for a tank.

The item DPS is good but I would rather see something that would help me survive as a tank such as Block.

Marr's Favor is the only proc on that that needs abit of changing. If not with a new proc then please make it proc off of both combat/spell then at least it will be of some use. Not great but better than having something that won't benefit for a paladin that tanks.

Erm I think I originally misread the BMP from Wyvern, it says when equipped "reduces all physical damage to target by 10%" and "When paladin takes damage, they will heal themselves for 10% of the damage amount"

This presumably means (in the SOE garbled fashion) that we have a total damage reduction of 20%??? if so thats bloody good!

Depends, I think it could mean you have a total of 20% dmg reduction if you're the target, if you're not the target who ever is will get a 10% reduction & you'll heal for 10% of the damage if you take damage maybe?
