I do however hate how gimped we are on stats and how the other tanks get way more STR and STA and HEALTH then we do. that aint right.

Actually its a 10% damage reduce, not 20%. The 10% heal is applied AFTER getting hit and heals the amount of 10% then. I don't say its bad, but its a hit that we get in the FIRST place, so I would never count it to the damage reduction. Damage Reduction should count everything that prevents us getting damage in the first place. Everything else is just afterward-healing.
Also I still favor a block bonus instead this +100 CA damage because we need our block to compensate the missing shortbuffs from the Guardian class. A +5 block to equal the SoD weapon would be a good step to enhance this weapon, maybe even +7 block on the mythical to be in line with the higher Tier of the weapon itself. Never forget that this weapon is being designed for raiding Paladins and so far I havent met many non-tanking Paladins on raids.
Another good idea would have been the removing of the 50% hook from our endline Stamina ability or make it insta cast (dunno how many times I activated it and died during casting..).
Also I read of a suggested proc on blocking an incoming attack to increase the blockrate for a short time. Such a thing sounds to be in line with our blocking mastery form EoF lines and would make Paladins the Master of Block and giving them an own place with own abilities beside the Guardian class, wich I also would favour. Paladins aren't Guardians, and I admit they have a bit better chance on tanking (with equal good players behind that class) than Paladins, but that gap has shortened through the last expansion and I wouldn't like to see it widened again due to misunderstood design of Paladin items.
