Default Mitigation % and Avoidance % vs. Level (Another Noob question)

What am I shooting for here?

Currently at lvl 50:
In defensive: Mit = 54% Avoid = 41% (T4 stance adept 3)

In offensive: Mit = 49% Avoid = 35% (give or take 1% for offensive)

My gear is a mix of ebon and fabled plate. I have alot of room for upgrades with MC jewelery. I'm semi-twinked. I just got Shield Mastery.

Is there a standard # I'm looking for when it comes to mit% and avoid% verses Level?

Muchos gracias.

if you hold agro and don't need 2 or 3 healer to take down yellow cons you're doing fine. you don;t really need to look seriously into your mit and avoid untill you are raiding endgame... just try and get the bets you can and hold agro.. everything after that just bonus as you're constantly regearing up.

Sorry I bogged that question down with my level, gear, spells, yada yada. I shoulda just gotten to the point.

Question: Could an endgame, raiding pally give me an general idea of mit % and avoidance % verses a lvl 80 (the mouse-over stat) please?

The other important thing you will want is max HP. In which case you should shoot for mid 13K's solo buffed

Stonestrong hit the nail on the head pretty much. Self-buffed in defensive you should be seeing 60%+ avoidance and 55%+ mitigation. If you're doing that, then by the time you get MT buffed with parry food/drink and all that, you should be seeing 70%+ avoidance and 60%+ mitigation. Bezerkers and Guardians are hitting around the same numbers. I'm seeing ours hit around 75% avoidance or higher and 61-62% mitigation. Their avoidance however is more parry and defense than ours while ours is more block avoidance.

If you're still wearing a lot of legendary gear then 12k to 12.5k is probably more reasonable. May also depend on your race. I could be wrong but I would think that ogre's and barbarians probably get a STA boost over other races.
