I keep looking at this and thinking its fantastic and then 2 seconds later I'm thinking its utter crap. Got the server disco for it and I've never been more confused over loot.

Thoughts?

Well its good ring if u can control your agro ... i dont know if u wanna wear that while tankin ( you can wear it if you think you are good enough but yea.. )

So bassicly whats it gonna do is increase your hate if you're not tanking and descrease your hate when your tanking..

What is the 1125 Mental actually hitting for on a de-buffed mob?

The nuke part of the effect will counter some of the de-hate effect it has, make that up with taunt or a good amends target. Don't see why not at all to be honest.

i love how they left range crit off of it haha. in answer to your question, it probably would only act as dehate if you are a good enough tank and MT a lot. however if you are generally the backup tank i dont see why you shouldnt wear it. proc like that probably hits somewhere in the 2k range. only issue i see is the hp on the item is a little low, but given what i have seen comming out of soh thats not uncommon lol

I'd say it looks good for anyone who transfers hate to the MT in some serious capacity, possibly amends target or coercer but especially assassin or swash.

OK... used it last night's raid and I have come to the conclusion... yeah... it rocks.

Turned out the proc which on average did 1.8k damage was 7% of my ZW in Thuuga

Pretty much my "must have" ring for OTing (as in tank ready to take over at a momments notice) now I think

Yeah I think its a lovely OTing ring. Along with Holy Ground, the proc is a good tool to keep you in the #2 spot in the aggro charts. 2k threat if you're already in the #2 might push you over the aggro threshold, but 2k shouldn't be too difficult for the MT to swipe it back. Of course its useless for MTing because of the proc, but the proc isn't very determintal to an OT and it does have great offensive stats (even if it has poor defensive stats)....but again, if you're OTing you probabally won't miss the HP/STA/skills you can get from other rings.

I think its really cool. But yeah, its just a crusader/MT hate transferer ring.

7% of what?4k dps or 2k?

Could you post a breakdown of the damage amounts?

I didn't kleep a record of it; but I was seriously slacking think I got ~ 1.8k ZW; but it was one of my "big" damage items doing similar damage as smite evil.
