Moral Issue - Page 2

So last night i threw a fit after a 78 guard we let tag along from our guild looted the fighter dps/spell damage belt. I went oft on vent, denounced the ridiculousness of it all and called out a few names. (Guild leader) tells you, " I need to speak with you after this raid." So i mute my mike, finish raid, and then i get pulled into the officer vent channel. (Guild leader) has promoted Daimyo to Officer. He is tired of the bs. We are going DKP with a mand raid attendance, weeding out the suck, and start progressing through content. I guess my taking charge of the situation could have ended very differently, but meh, at least now i can start driving the guild. Now if we continue the suck i leave only myself to blame. Oh, first action of business was /guildremove Newbtastic Guard that uses spelldamage ftw. I had full support fyi.

Aight, back to work before Wells Fargo fires me.

You should have gone DKP from the start, auction bid instead of fixed prices, preferably a point cap to prevent late-term loot monopolization.

At the time, my hope was they WOULD read this lol. But oh well, I went to Nemesis. Since they are recruiting there is another pally there thats pretty skilled actually. Should be a real challenge to end up on top. Wish me luck and good luck other pally when/if you read this.

Posting parses on the guild website can draw attention to suck and force some competition which will result in better parses. Calling people out for good/bad parses works too. Sometimes you have to get Elemetry School on some bitches. They either improve or leave. Either outcome = win.

Good luck in Nemesis. There's plenty of room for 2 pally's in a guild unless your running a 30 toon roster.
