Been playng around trying to increase dps was hoping some people would share their rotations Onra.

Plus the biggest b2b woulda kinda fuck with aa with some weps : P

tbh... it doesn't really matter too much - hell turn autoatatck on hit encounter taunt, your DoT and smite evil every time they are up and you've pretty much 90% of the way there..

TBH, besides circle of conviction.... doom judgement thingy(80 version) and smite evil, I dont really use any other spells since the cast time is so long. Id rather spam 2 ca's in between an attack than spend 1.5s casting a shitty 800dmg spell.

Always turn auto-attack on before you use/ cue any CAs. Giant fat double attack is the first damage you want in.

If you have STR spec, Swift Axe first so your haste can go from a million % haste to a million and eigteen %.

Drop Smite/ Refusal/ Strike/ Doom all big hits when dispatch is up. If you are killing trash in short time this is totally key.

I avoid using long casts back to back. For example Strike/Refusal, quick pause, Conviction/ Smite Evil. But if you hit Refusal and cue Smite Evil you are gonna suck that fight especially if you get a resist on Refusal.

If tanking, casting order out the window, hold aggro and live. Our dps while tanking is suck unless 2h/O for it and even then not great.

I never do this firstish it gets resisted way too much, and I like to have it for when no cob is up to keep the haste going.

Take weapon modified delay.

Figure out all your individuals spells cast time + recovery. Group spells together so that they are under your weapon haste modified delay (2.7 seconds for me). Take yours spell/ca avg dmg(take into account crits) then divide it by the cast time. Cast spells grouped together with the highest number first.

Generally you will have 1 long spell/AE 2 short spells or 2-3 CA/taunts grouped together between auto attacks (with a 6 sec deley weapon).

The most important thing I found is that you must always be casting as much as possible without delaying your auto attack. A huge part of DPS on high end gear are procs, and you need to be using as many spells/CAs as you can.

There is no exact spell cast order, and if you use one, it will lower your dps. This system for me tends to get me 5-8K+ parses.

Oh, I also use the plugin on ACT to ding when an auto attack goes off. It does wonders for timing.

Hadn't thought filling when chimes is out. I pay most attention to dps doing VP trash when I am not tanking, mobs tend to die by the time 2 chimes elapse. Good call tho.
