both me and the other plate tank use it.. i've seen it do as high as 350 and as low as 30.. the helm is still pretty much the best dps helm you can get but i don't count on that proc doing amazing dps anymore

kill time is off by about 50 seconds.. it includes the guards/mini-namer unfortunately didn't take the time to seperate it.. *shrugs
