Re: Parse Thread
I'll post a few later, don't feel like importing atm. I think I was 3.7k ZW including all named in Kor-sha last night. That was in a Troub/Illy/Templar/Wizard/Assassin group IIRC.

Re: Parse Thread
Shard of Hate merged parse; all trash and named (except last 2)
I was tanking: Pally, Templar, Defiler, Dirge, Assasin, Coercer was my group... unfortunatly it contains a lot of merged combat... i.e. 5min long "fights" as I chainpulled the entire zone so there is a lot of travel time; however I averaged about 4.2-4.4k on the times I only pulled one mob and ACT registered it as a single encounter :P

Re: Parse Thread
Well i assume you both have full VP armour sets and some avatar gear as well those parses are very good.
Have you thought about all the damged ego's in Paladin land you create
I get around 2.2 K zone wide in my Casual guild off tank group set up ( no dirge etc). I main tanked it a week ago and got 3.2 K zone wide with a good group set up. I am open to suggestions on how to parse more but its the group set up that makes the biggest difference.

Re: Parse Thread
Here's my SoH Parse including the first three named. We left Sisters and came back to them since the EQ2 login server was borked for a bit last night. The parse for the sisters is below. Some of the parsing in the first parse is non-optimal since some people pulled one of the named early by accident and there was a lot more running around than usual getting it positioned. This was mostly parsed with Doombringer Pendulum, Troub/Illy/Fury/Wizard/Assassin and either Necro or Assassin group IIRC. I had IA (DA proc'd to 110 or more), melee crit and spell crit about 85/87, haste from ~110 to 200+, and DPS mod generally around 85+ depending on procs (too bad I can't get more out of that group). Trash parses were usually in the 4.4k to 5.5k range. Had a couple up near 6k and a few down in the 3k range.
Sister parse:

It's all about getting your stats to the right spot and having the right groups, and then timing abilities between autoattacks, honestly. DPS mod optimally around 100-125 minimum if possible (but don't waste time trying to go over...if you can go over great, but it's severely hurt by diminishing returns). Haste is the same story as dps mob. Get melee crit and DA up as high as possible, don't worry about spell crit too much but if you can get it up it'll add a slight amount of damage just don't go for it over the others IMO. A good 6-second delay weapon like epic or Doombringer Pendulum is optimal.
If you run Haste around 100+, switch from STR/STA/INT spec to STA/WIS/INT spec, IMO. Can also go with Trample if you do a lot of multimob pulls in zones like SoH, but outside of that stick to STR/STA/INT or STA/WIS/INT.

Re: Parse Thread
FYI I'm *not* Avatar geared; tho mythical and VP and mine was a tanking parse - I've parsed higher when I'm pure dps (unless I die a lot natch :P).
Its all about getting your buffs from yoru group and having your raid parse higlyly - however hard you try if your raid is slakcing behind you you'll always parse lower.

Re: Parse Thread
I'm not avatar geared either. I am pretty well geared from VP/SoH/RE2 though in terms of DPS gear. I have 6 of my VP set pieces but only wear the 4 best pieces unless I'm in a situation where I want reduced recast on Holy Ground.
My DPS gear right now consists of:
Doombringer Pendulum
Either Cloak of Marr or Snake-Eyes Raptor Claw Cloak (can't get a better cloak to drop anywhere for the life of me, and I'm trying a lot)
Mantle of Jarsath Tribe
Benevolence (VP set) BP, Gloves, Leggings, Helm
Trampler's Boots
Honorbound Vambraces
Diamond Rod
Large Brick of Unrefned Ore
Ganak's Torque
Chieftain's Baldric
Dreamer's Scale
Dragonclaw Loop
pristine imbued tynnonium band of strength
Jewel of Animosity
Protector's Links
Linked Band of the Dragon Lords
Silvertipped Recurve

Re: Parse Thread
I have no avatar gear sir. Coercer/Dirge is not anything special buff wise, I can do more with an Illusionist in my group.

I may not have a ton of posts, but have been lurking the flames since........ Forever...
Parsing is all about timing like someone else had said. If you aren't already doing so, set up your ACT to have an audbile alarm each time an auto attack hits. You can get into a groove with whatever weapon you are using. With average gear and proper play abilities, you could parse 3-4.5k in any fair group set-up.
