I'm not going to argue with authority because chances are it will fall on deaf ears.. however, it's plenty possible to lose aggro to an amended assassin with no transfers on but his.

Strike's assassin was pulling off of me during the stifles in Thuuga which he was unaffected by for whatever reason, and he was about 8k DPS above me.

I didn't cast sigil of heroism..
and he was in MT, so obviously no coercer.
