best tank shield i have seen atm is still the trak shield tho imo for all round hp and avoid.
the clicky might be useful soon if the gm,s have thier ways.

What about the shield you buy with void shards (pal/sk one)? 1398 protection and 15% modifer on that one If I remember correctly. No idea how the modifier works though...

The thing you look for when comparing shields is:

"Level" and "Protection"

After that you see if there are any shield effectivness on them.

For instance 1400 prot shield from lvl 79 will give a less value of block than 1399 that comes from lvl 80.

In much the same way if a 20% SE on a 1400 shield vs a 1600 shield of both lvl 80 means the 1400 prot will give more block (1680 vs 1600).

Providing of course there is no SE cap I woudl always get out that calculator and work out how what the protection values vs the shields end up and always choose the higher. Block is still the best item we can equip for defence... there is no need to trade in 1% block for 50 health and a toothbrush :P

Therefore.... Trak's shield still better... but not by much this is providing ofc that SE does NOT cap at 50%... in wqhich case it woudl be better still.

Not to be a dick, but 15+15+24 is 54, the adjusted value for SW is 2556, a little closer to Trak than what you have.

Has anyone been able to test shield block stackability from items?

I have a shield block 1 item and shield block 2 item and they are stacking.

IM curious though if 2 shield block 2 items are stacking or not though? and im unable to test it as i dont have more then one item with the same shield block ability ie 2 shield block 2 items etc etc.

Can anyone test this and let me know pls.

also has anyone been able to test the cap? I can only hit 49% shield block modifier and cant test that either : (
