I actually did this about 2 weeks ago due to the fact I didn't want to change around my hotbars, so I just macroed my taunts to other ca's.

Not cause I'm clever and it procs potm, more so cause I'm lazy and I didn't want to have to click something else tbh.........

BTW... for anyone thinking of doing similar you have to get them in the right order

- TAUNT
- CA

Do it that way round it will fire taunt if up then your CA... the other way around and you will often miss the CA and just end up with all your abilities queueing on your taunts.

This is just a matter of play style, but I don't like to macro abilities together. I feel like it gives me less control. I like having them up at certain times and not just mindlessly spamming them (lol part of why im not caring too much for gu51.. yay taunt taunt taunt taunt ca taunt combo taunt ca... did it die yet? am i the only one alive? wow the neo-paly isnt as fun... devfailx100). Again its a matter of personal preference, no disrespect to those that like the macroing of ca w/ taunts. Lots of shit to put on hotbars and they do become quite numerous for sure.

I have a combat tab set up to show just my hits and misses in one color each, and the mob hits in another so I know to keep an eye on my health and patch heal myself if the mob gets ahead of the healer.

That way, I can launch taunts and attacks right after each swing. It only takes a fight or so to get the timing down for a new group makeup that way.

If I am having someone peel, I would interrupt an autoattack to get the taunt out there or tweak to taunt asap, but otherwise I generally do all arts between swings. Seems to work well for me.
