ACHIEVEMENTS
Monk
Mongoose Stance has changed to improve the trigger chance of the monk’s stances.

ITEMS
Cloak of the Overlord and Cloak of Antonia Bayle now have additional ranged bonuses.
The proc text on Ripper’s Stiletto now more clearly states that it triggers only from attacks made with that weapon.
Razhish’s Cloak of Flowing Power has had its proc replaced with Praetor’s Strike.
A number of the Frostfell reward armors have been changed to create a more balanced stat progression.
Drum of the Ethernaut Chronicler’s proc now functions on both spell and melee attacks.

ITEMIZATION
Many raid drops have been upgraded and or had effects added.

SPELLS
Guardian/Paladin/Monk
The primary taunt lines have been adjusted to have no recovery, quicker reuse, and lower power to improve their efficiency versus the AOE based threat classes.

Paladin
The paladin’s heal spells will now generate additional hate for the paladin

Well, as far as I could tell, there was no way to parse the hate from heals. I guess its probably a 1:1 similar to DPSing.

Also, they removed the taunts becoming detaunts. That was not listed. They instead made it so you can't cast taunts while in Offense stance. This means you can not cast excoriation while going offense which seems a little silly.

hmm correct me if i am wrong but isnt healing 2:1 in terms of hate and thats the whole reason why they are adding hate to our heals ?

Right. But on Test there is no hate added on that I could see. So, I am guessing they changed the ratio mechanic for Paladins. I will probably look more into it tonight.

I expected to see a threat component to the heals but I am guessing that would be really wierd since you are healing someone and trying to get hate... ? It would have to be AE hate since you aren't healing a mob similar to the cure spells EoF ability. So my guess is that it's just Paladin Hate ratio is 1:1 so that any mob that hates you gains additional hate when you heal.

Feedback 4tw, this is a good step.

Now they just need to add a one hit stoneskin on Penitent and a 10 second stoneskin on Lay on Hands.
