Amends is getting yanked but, our class is finally getting finished. At first I felt like we were being amputated just to survive but now, I'm seeing the big picture and am liking it.

I went to the playtest yesterday.

The new DF is nice - 20% hp and blocks the next 2 incoming attacks. I found that when it went off, I was back to green FAST. I like what they did with this.

Agro - Single target is no problem. If you spec for hate and have faithful cry... all ya need to do is stagger the two and your good to go. Amends being cut down to 30s recast is major help to this. Before these changes hit test, I had probs holding agro off our top parsing brig.

For aoe agro... sigil, hg, consecration, with div circle, and excoriation make things very smooth. HOWEVER, with recast to sigil being as long as it is, I'm not sure how well things will go with facing waves of adds. I had a Coercer parsing 10k and he said they never touched him, again when sigils up its all good.

As for the 4set.. all i can say is ... wtf and lol.
Stonewall needs a boost or a total change for the love of god.

Forgot to add... the group was composed of Me, Fabled out high parsing brig and coercer, a pickup warden and assassin. The MT guard of my raid guild came into replace the coercer for a few. I went offensive stance at this point...

Notably - the brig took better hits then I did when in offensive stance (and in defensive gear lol). But the good thing is ... we can use our taunts ( they dont do shit except excoriation and PoM times). Using holy ground in case I have to pick shit up was good, it gave me time to pop back into Def stance.

In fairness, it was such a p.o.s. before that a monkey could have thrown up something better.

All they really did was make it work like it should have from day one.

I imagine the SoE offices to be an old, almost barren warehouse with about 1000 violently ill monkeys barfing all over the floor. Every once and a while, some of that barf makes for a good fix to the game.

Imho.. DF just got wicked... its a deathsave u dont have to time.. if u die it kicks in..

I wonder how many times I think it kicked in, but healers got off a heal just in time to save me... If it wasnt allways up (untill actually used) I woulda wasted the effect more times than I actually been saved by it.

The re-cast is a bummer still tho..
