I asked the 4th grade dropout janitor in my office to come in and translate that for me since it made no sense at all to me. (imagine the scene in Airplane where they have to translate Jive, same idea here but not as funny)

Here is what he gave me as a proper translation from Stupidese to English:

That is the equivalent of going to a War-zone, and asking the enemies, "Can you please take off your armor, drop your weapons, get out of your tanks, and disarm your missiles? B/c I suck and can't defeat you otherwise..."
