Default Paladin Power Problem?

Hey guys, I have a few Questions about Paladin. I just brought my ShadowKnight to Paladin and a problem i keep running into is keeping up my power. Right now these are my stats at Level 61 my stats are, 6523HP, 3858Power, Int. 380, Str. 420, Agi. 164, Sta 441, and Wis. 380. I'm not sure which stat gives me more power. I could use some tips if anyone could help me out please comment.

Hi,
So your taking on the single most adaptable tank class in game. Remember wisdom and str are primary stats. Both of which increase your max power pool. Lose some of the int and add it to str and/or wis. But I'm willing to bet you don't use your auto-attack enough. Now that your edging into the upper tiers, your dps is more melee based than spell based, but don't disregard spell or ca dmg. Just make sure you don't interrupt the auto-attack. In-turn, you shouldn't have many problems with loss of power, and should see a rise in your overall dps.

Power usage is always a problem for Paladins, especially if you are using your heals. The best thing you can do is to group with chanters and get power procing gear. You can also use clarity pots and totems, which can be purchased on the broker. I don't think its your lack of power pool that is a problem but more your lack of power replenishment.

Well, i have totems already that give power and health back but i cant get anything going like when i get 3 or 4 mobs on me i kill the 3 and i have no power left to finish off the mob which leads to running away or me dying. why is str a main stat?

I convinced my girlfriend to roll a chanter. No power problems here, hehe. But alone i use several power proc items, manastone, overclocked manastone, clarity pots, totems and drink.

It gets a little easier as you level and get the stats mentioned up.

I recall I used to have bad power problems at the same level its always been an issue for Paladins.

When you get to 80 get yourself the REII banner quest item Mark of the Ankexen or any other item you can get with manaweave proc these help a lot when solo fighting.

There's 16 pages of Power/ Mana items for Paladins between levels 60 and 65 listed on EQII players suggest you trak a few down and see if they help.

Don't forget the Signets of Replenishment/Greater Replenishment you can get from the relic and signet peddlers...and use your manastone like it's crack! You won't have that problem nearly as much in higher level groups/raids when you have chanters and/or mystics with mythicals in the group/raid!

It is all about regenerating and controlling your pwoer and not how much power you have. Unless ofc your e-peen is so small you need to have more power to make yourself feel better :P
