Humm is there a timer that i can use to show me when i'm going to swing my sword on auto attack so i can parse better??

If you download Profit UI, it has Razieh's autoattack timer bar built in.

Autoattack bar bugs out when your haste is changed mid swing - i.e. you cast swift attack CoB is put up or an inquisitor uses fanatasim.

ACT Beeps show you when you attempt to hit the target however there can be a delay issue with older or computers / ACT not set up correctly; but in general the beep method is a more accurate way of timing.

Before all this came out I use to use a music track with a consistant beat or even just watch my own chat log window or just watch the orange text fly - above all else however practice is the one defining feature of timing your autoattacks.

So.... get practicing and it'll become second nature to you.

Its not... but neither is the swing bar or ACT to some extent as I mentioned above.

Using any of the methods will give you an idea of what is possible; and practice will allow you to maintain this rythem without thinking about it after a whlie; however timing your autoattacks should always be second in use to abilities to help you hold and survive agro; through damage spikes or memwipes/blurs.

Music helped me maintain intially get a good rythem; ACT beeps on the dummy helped fine tune it and I think I'm pretty good at timing my autoattack right now and I do it automatically now.

The EQII client outputs data to the G15 keyboard's LCD display that overcomes any problems I had with ACT or the bar. It is coming directly from the client.
