I'm Shard Tiered 2 out... but since Fyreflight decided not to make us a shard set bracer I'm still using the level 77 Mastercrafted.

I'm an instance Tank so give me a point in the right direction for an Instance where a worthy bracer drops.

Drops in atrebe's lab off the 2nd to last named. If you aren't in game, the stats are 3DA, 3MC, 40 haste, 50ish str and sta, and like 250hp. Just going off memory since the picture isn't showing up for me on lootdb.

Also, they aren't technically a proper answer to your question since they're fabled, but since they drop in an instance I figured they'd be ok.

I was on my mystic yesterday when this dropped. Damn nice for a chest drop in an instance like that.
