I just got my first piece of T4 armor.
I have 5p T2 shard and shoulders from varsoon.
If i wear the T4 boots ill lose the extra Mit bonus. ( ill lose 364 Mit)
but can 3 Crit mit.
Question is , should i hold off wearing the T4 boots till i get more for the extra 350 Mit,
Or wear T4 boots..

If you're not tanking anything that needs the critmit (mid-tier raid mobs), you probably want to keep the 5 piece set. I haven't looked at the T2/T4 boots in detail, but the T4 boots should offer other additional bonuses; you want to take those into account as well.

If you raid - go for crit mit.
If you do instances - you can wear cloth if ya want.

If you are doing TSO raids then crit mit is needed if you are doing ROK stuff then it does not really matter Crit mit is more important than straight mit in this expansion.
Somthing to do with spending freaking hours doing stupid instances with crap loot to get shards.
