In order to help you here... do yourself a favour and search for "uncontested" and "contested" avoidance

Then get yourself 3% parry adornments on your wrist items and 3% riposte on your primary slashing weapon.

After this you are obliged to return to this thread and kiss the *pinky ring*

Parry adornments I believe are the must.
Also, about the TSO line, if you have 200 AA. I to play an off tank most of the time and i feel that the rescue and holy ground time reducers are crucial for me. I can not tell you how to spec the offense/defense abilities because i don't know how you play, but i personally gave up the riposte and battle hardening in the second line in favor of the offensive ones, and i can't notice a thing defensively, but I do see an increase in DPS. Still working on that, but I do recommend the reuse cast aa points for an off tank, works wonders just to deal with all the mem-wipes.
