Default Hello felow Paladins

Hello!

I have returnd to EQ2 and starting from skratch on a Paladin.
I am now lvl22 and about 16aa leting 30% go to AA.

Going down the stamina line for a start 448.
But dont know ware to go next?
It's hard to get groups!

Then its the solo way to go Thinking Int or STR tree. Int is more for spels (if i understand right) and half of over utility is spels right?

Any surdgestions will help me out..

Cant aford MC gear but using crafted normal gear now..
Trying to save up to get the MC lvl 52 gear (will us that a long time lvl 62MC sukes)

I am still kinda new to pally myself, having betrayed from SK at 59 and being 72 now. I found that I do not have as much spell damage as my SK did, and as such i spec'd away from int and into str, 44862 atm. You may also want to consider finishing out the sta line for divine aura. after that i think it is a matter of playstyle. both the wisdom and agi lines have their perks, and i think both are situational, wisdom being the most situational. hope i helped a little, GL

no no no no no NO NO !

MT Spec

STR 46842
STA 44682
INT 4485

DPS / Instance Spec

STR 46842
STA 445
AGI 448
INT 448

There are a few tweaks to individual play styles... but those are the two I use.

Keep spell crit, wisdom line useless... agi line great but only once you start doing instances with lots of mobs in... 90% of the time its a wasted tree.

okey this sounds the way id like to go at 60+ MT..
MT Spec

STR 46842
STA 44682
INT 4485

But i will most likly doing many solo hoers befor that i think..

For lvling am i totaly of going sta 448 and then str 448?

Thinking that it's more right to go dps spec mybee for lvl'ng?

My goal is MT instances and some raids if i find a spoot for it.

you won't need divine aura too much for instances.. i suggest sacrificing the extra points in sta and the 5 in int to get 448 in agi.. for raids you're in good shape.. although i go 41 agi instead of 5 extra points into heal crits *shrugs

You'd be surprised at how effective heal crit is if you want the full defensive spec; when I raid with my DPS/Instance spec the difference is easily noticeable.. and I dont; just mean the lack of DA. (Which is till useful tho not to be relied upon)

The main part of both specs is the same tho, full str line, int for SC and sta for MC. Agi line is useless until you start entering instances with group/multiple mobs i.e. for soloing its a waste of points.

As I mentioned before, it is all down to personal preference once you get the core of the points in; but heal crits *do* help. I've always thought many paladins disreguard our heals far too easily. They are the equiv of a warriors self/group buffs but we have the added advantage of being able to enhance them higher
