There still isn't any need for 2 off tanks in the raid, except cont mayong. TBH, I still say that being the off tank is much more difficult than being the MT. For Avatar/Contested Mayong fights, the MT doesn't have to do that much. It's defiantely more fun.

Basically what they all said is true we are better suited for adds but can MT. I have MT'ed everything in this x-pac sept Fear... everything instances, contested etc. So it isn't impossiable for us to MT just not the number 1 pick for it. Unless your server doesn't havea full time guard worth a shit like me = P

Yeah, I have tanked everything so far in game outside of avatars. All of EH, IS and the throne instance so it is possible but with out aoe control we are best in the OT role. I like MTing stuff just b/c i hear so many say that we cant do it and its fun proving them wrong.

I'm fine with tanking, dps, or pure support (non-healing) and have heard that pallies don't really get called on to MT raids.

If I roll I pally is it highly unlikely I'd get to MT, or even OT, in a raid?

Don't need an amends target. Can set up groups differently because of that. But other than that, nothing.
