    Default Target Numbers for Stats

Where do I go read on the mechanics as far as how to run my character?

Crit Chance, Crit bonus, potency, ability mod, hate mod, reuse speed, casting pseed, recovery speed, spell reuse, spell multi attack
dps, haste, multi attack melee ae, strikethrough, accuracy, flurry
    strength?

I need to reforge, but i don't know where or how to reforge

    Self Buffed:
    elemental 53966
    nox 51367
    arcane 57347
    mit 9552
    avoid 18681

    block 151.3

    crit chance 423.2
    bonus 324.2
    pot 325
    abi mod 4373
    hate 40.5
    reuse 45.4
    cast 46.8
    recovery 25
    reuse 2.4
    spell multi 0

    str 4438
    sta 4658

    dps 268.6
    haste 392.2
    multi 579.9
    melee ae 0
    strike 30.1
    accuracy 0
    flury 22.1

I quit for a while and came back, and can't really find anythign useful as to how to spec or how the mechanics work now.
So feel free to flame my slack ass.. I just want to fucking parse and play better

Max your cast speed to 92% MIN. (8% extr comes with bard)
Spec points into STR end line for recovery... at high cast speed it really helps.
Your crit is too high, even if you are aiming for 430 for berik bring a crit potion.
Look into Spell Reuse Speed, with your low reuse you are not capping out your saves/big spells.

On a personal note your attack speed is too high... the flurry gains are generally not worth it, also strikethough pretty much useless :/ just get used to low hit rates!

you missed the most important stat self-buffed health... and indeed your AA spec.

it's safe to drop dps and haste down to like 120 for raiding, depends on your group setup

also for cast speed remember bards buff 8, coercers buff 15

    flurry sucks

    strikethrough sucks

tend to end up no chanter no bard.. usually 2 rangers, a single mystic, myself, and necro and something else to fill the last spot like a bl, or a necro.

self buffed health is around 80,803
All above stats are defense stance
aa build runs str sta wisdom due to having whatever worst healer on raid is
aa build could probably leave some to be desired, usually responsible for random adds and anything else i can fuck up.

heroic could be redone for speed instead of incomng heals, zealous smite is a must

prestige left side only + sta and castigate, faithful retaliation seems... less than 3 points to sta

    thank you for the info

I played from beta till tso (excluding eq1), quit for 3 years, came back 3? months ago and lucked out that Fatality needed a Paladin. Gear is easy to get, intimate understanding of the game and it's changes in the last 2 expansions plus the new one, not so much. Flames is not what it use to be

There is so much wrong with your AA I do not know ehere to start; but I'll try:

    Crusader:
Cavaliers shout - drop it ... spec recovery/SDA instead.

    Paladin:
5 points in your rez. extra power so when you do need to use it it is useful
Righteous Anger (increased hate gain on your taunt), drop
You need 3 points in Bearer of Divinity. no more, no less
Your reuse is NOT that high to not put points in reuse/sigil - work out how many points you need and spec it last.

    Shadows:
You will not need 5 points in Holy ground; work out how many you NEED.
Alliied praters enhancement is very very good... when you cawst the group heal you want it to actually do some good more than a group health buff.
    Blessed warding... max out... seriously....

    Herioc:

    Resiliance: drop it.
You missed out Ability reuse... the BEST 10 AA you'll ever spend.

    Prestigue:

Spend 3 points in Arbitar of Justice; our most powerful abilty we get to unlock EITHER side.

Incidentally extra health from STA is good.. but damage triggers from faith is... or can be stupidly powerful.

350k trigger is 6.3M damage for the group.

aye my aa was f'd, it hasn't updated since I fixed it.
my block is as follows: 81.5 base 45.9 block 53.1 parry 27.1 uncontested 53.1
what should uncontested be now? and is there a way to raise (or lower), specifically white or other adorns?

And again, THANK YOU for helping, very much appreciated.
