The only thing i can think of for this is the cure effect. Even if nothing is cured, the CA is cast and it hits everyone in group (plus at least 1 mob) so with full group its a min of 42 charges and sexy ness.

Also isnt Winds of the Tundra > Dain's Legacy?

I think Winds of the Tundra counts as ability mod or something. Still effective and I forgot about it. Added.

How are 2 handers doing now and days as a paladin? Is it worth it because of the dmg increase to our spells from prestiege, even though knight stance doesnt work on 2 handers? Also dont want to use Doom Judgement on the golem before it goes HM i believe (forgetting name its the one in ST uncovered).

The Oligar thing was an inside joke. Don't ask.

2 Handers are a slight boost, especially with the huge amounts of AE auto and stuff. Sword/board recommended.

I use my 2hander mainly as it gives 49% AoE Auto; but 99% of the time 1hander+shield far superior; with Stonewall making you immune to strikethrough as well as ~50% uncontested block the small boost to slashing damage is pretty meaningless if you want to tank anything stronger than herioc swam adds which often die before you even get to swing a second time.

I only use my 2hander in recklessness now, and recklessness you might as well just call out "dead pally walking" as trash AoEs drop you faster on your back faster then a two-dolla-hooker given ten bucks.

Idk. I tanked all of Sleeper's in reckless 2h mode. If you ever spike, you click the stonewall macro and it throws your shield on and makes you damage immune Or divine aura, or any of the other crap.

Thank you for posting this....Joined my first Harrows End raid ungeared an all last night made a fool of myself in Reck with a twohander on trash from AoE. Then the boss with the soul drain gave me fits(not enough health)...I was not planning to raid for few more weeks...it just kind of happened, I logged in and was told to just come and see, and I saw, and I died. At least I got my feet wet.

Its do-able to tank/DPS in reckless in raids but your healers need to know in advance (and some refuse to heal you) and you NEED to cycle your damage preventions in order to survive the trash AoEs.

Do-able? yes; I would not recomend it unless you knew EXACTLY what you were doing and even then AoEs from trash can still WTF pwn you on the floor.
