Personally, I consider the tiers to be structured as such:

Level Tier
1-9 1
10-19 2
20-29 3
30-39 4
40-49 5
50-59 6
60-70 7

I'm pretty sure this is the popular notion - please correct me if I'm wrong. KoS is T7 because it was a level increasing expansion.

We all know they will raise the level this next expansion, I mean they almost have to.

If not we have Tier 7.51 imo...
