Contested mobs are interesting in that you have to kill them out in the open.

There are no secret positioning strats or on contested mobs because everything is known by everyone watching. So, you can look at people watching other guilds as them stealing strats, or you can look at them as doing their homework. Obviously, you can tell which view I hold, but I don't think there is a right or wrong view in this case.

Luckily, positioning isn't everything that's required to kill such mobs, or else you'd see every guild able to kill every contested, and the first guild to assemble and pull would win 100% of the time.

Look, I'm sure there is some rule against it somewhere, but please could you, Shames, try not to post the SAME post in multiple different forums, linking the same post elsewhere on this site, about events that are 2 weeks old?

Some honest, insulting, smack talking is fine, in my opinion....just do it all in one spot.

I really must agree. I already merged another FoH double post in the main Guild flame section earlier tonight, since there was an existing FoH flame post still active.

I'm trying to work with minimal rules and no moderation here. But starting a short flame post in multiple sections, with the entire purpose of the flame being only a cross link from this board, is bullshit and completely unnecessary spam.

I think all I can do is leave this one up, however. I'd rather not merge it with the weak flame attempt Venekor started below. I think the lack of response on that one was a pretty good strat. When nobody took the bait here, he moved on to the Butcherblock forum, where he's been terrorizing the shit out of Aftermath since.

So please do not start multiple posts about the exact same thing in different forums of this board, especially when the post is based on a cross post to another post. That's just clutter, and doesn't resolve anything or provide entertainment.

I wasn't gonna get into this bullshit, but this is just too good I couldn't resist. You have got to love ex-guild members who are so burned they post shit like this.

Why is it you feel the need to hide behind your alts name? If you're going to post bullshit about people then why don't you "man up" and atleast put your characters name with your blatant flames. I guess that would require you to be a man first though.

This is no way to talk about a guild you tried to reapply to less than 2 months ago is it? Maybe you're just disgruntled that our leadership said you couldn't reapply. Maybe you're pissed off cause Defiance turned you down too. Maybe you're just incredibly pissed that the only people that would even consider taking your lame ass is your current guild now. Wonder if they know about the reputation you've built for yourself. If they didn't, they do now.

Yes i posted to Defiance but i made that post after talking to comic about recuriting, He told me they weren't looking for a zerker but they might in the furture so i posted an app knowing i wouldn't get in at that time but i wanted to put my post out there, to show i was interested.

As far as tyrants I wasn't booted "for drama and egotistical views" it was for link deads i kept haveing b/c of my isp connection.

NOW if you want to talk about "reputation you've built for yourself" we can go there and i will bring it all out form you previews guilds..
