Could you please confirm if there are any level locking restrictions introduced on PVP servers with ROK (e.g. impossible to lock XP until level 30 or 35).

There has been nothing officially confirmed, there were lots of rumours doing the rounds before the expansion went live, the biggest one being that if you killed someone in pvp the xp would automatically update no matter what.

This is not the case, people under 35 are still locked and still not leveling.

Level locking has not gone away, but the everpresent "next LU" rumor is making the rounds again.

Timorous Deep basically fixes the problems of level locking, however.

Assuming you turn off combat xp at 10 (which may as well be automatic and mandatory on a PvP server), the whole TD line alone gives you ~15 AA and level ~18, along with quest loot that is better than pre-ROK T2 Fabled.

Sure, it's not cap AA or anything and a little named hunting will help, and further you will still need to farm up the rares for full Adept 3s, but a guarenteed full set of may-as-well-be-Fabled and 15ish AA for every noob that does the line in TD goes a long way.

Fags with horses will still kill you, and certain classes are still OP in T2-T3, but it's a hell of alot better than it used to be.
