Since no one of any standing has addressed the issue yet of Pact of the Cheetah on the official forums thread that was linked earlier here can you go out on a limb for us Aeralik?
As it stands PotC throws one into combat even if they have not engaged in pvp combat. Essentially someone jumps me and I try to get away without attacking and using PotC actually makes me run SLOWER than I would otherwise be.
In my honest opinion Cheetah should be re-enabled for in combat speed but that's another story altogether. Right now I'm just tired of one of my class defining abilities (before in combat speed nerf, arguably best period for pvp) being worth essentially trash.
