I think what you're missing is, as someone said earlier, the passion. LFG is obviously having a blast on PvP. I actually agree with him on this one. Make a ten lvl cap. Some folks do it for faction, especially if they just came back from exile for example. Make the zones level appropriate for PvP, and I'd like to see one other rule to go along with it.
If the lvl cap is, say 8 for PvP, make that cap go BOTH WAYS. In that if I cant attack a toon 9 levels below me, they should not be able to attack me either. What happens when you do lvl caps that only work one way is you get these gangs of fags like Fantome, Malkov, or Chipie, who wait in complete safety for a solo player, or wait for others to become engaged in PvP and then they attack. The way it works now they can get tokens, fame, and gold from this tactic. Making the caps work both ways would solve this problem.

The situation in KOS is that players with a 20 level advantage will grief you nonstop when you can't even hit them or land spells on them. The mobs aren't agro to them, so none of the usual environmental limitations in PVP apply. These higher levels shouldn't be able to kill gray players exping in level appropriate zones by running through mobs they'd ordinarily have to fight through.
I'm only suggesting one change, and that's to make the PVP limit 10 levels in KOS, instead of 20 levels between the current cap and the beginning level intended for those zones.

Yes it's a shame theres idiots out there who dwell in a grey leveling zone, makes me not wanna go to Barren Sky on my lock now  But, now i know where all the pvp is, yay!

mmm i haven't been to kos since the 70 bots turned gray = p
But hell maybe I have collected over 1000 tokens so far by killing grays in kos all day. Because that would make alot of sense

i have top agree with Drytan on the SS thing...imo there should NOT be lvl limits in any zones except t1-t2 and that should be 5 lvl gap....it is damn BS leeching ass greys can sit back and jump red cons after they are fighting....either remove damn lvl caps on pvp or make is so if your also below the lvl cap you cant jump in on higher lvl fights to leech fame.....easy fix right there...if red cons cant atk greys...then greys shouldnt be able to atk red cons...

I haven't dealt with THAT, but that makes sense to limit it. I don't want to step foot into KoS for a while (I am sick sick sick of it,) but if you're higher-leveled and you want to troll lower-leveled people over and over, come find me somewhere in RoK! Leave the gray-cons alone, plz.
If I do return to KoS soon, it'll be for finishing old quests and shit. I generally ignore gray-conning people unless they so decide to attack me. :>

I have to agree with this, it should go both ways.
I was fighting an orange warden at the KP docks yesterday, and felt like I was winning (I was level 72), when suddenly a hoard of gray 60's jumped in and owned the warden I was fighting. I mean seriously, it was like a fucking plague of locusts out of the Bible. I got kill credit and all, but I would have rather won that fight all by myself.
And the little bastards even looted my chest. How is it that other people can loot the chest you earned in PVP?

That seems to be an issue too. Sometimes I loot chests that aren't mine (note for some of you: I DO GET KILLS SOMETIMES LOL!) and I feel bad. Perhaps the person that got the first hit or last hit should be allowed loot rights to the chests dropped by players?

I actually think this will happen regardless of how people feel about it. It fits the pattern of how SOE has handled zones with previously unlimited PvP after an expansion adds new levels. i.e. The same way DoF used to be unlimited and was changed, KoS will also have a more reasonable limit. Not necessarily 10 but probably around that ballpark. It's just a matter of time.
