Why do people think that swashbucklers get insane haste? We get one haste temporary buff on a 5 minute recast timer that is +44 haste. Yeah sure we get a buff that procs haste but since it disappears anytime we take damage it's not so useful in PvP...

Also, ffs, we cannot auto attack from reach range and our CA's are waaaay less powerful than brigands, assassins or rangers. Because we have reach we are difficult to kite, but some classes are a lot better at killing other classes get over yourself and quit bitching.

Swashy's are by faaaaaar the most overpowered class on PvP servers. Honestly, if their auto-attack and combat art damage was cut in HALF, they'd still be one of the better PvP classes ... how sick is that?

Good swashies parse over 1k in PvP fights, even Arkarius parses over 700. So you have Warlock group DPS + huge group power drain in a scout package. Hmmm? Why is it every swashy says they aren;t overpoweed in PvP, and EVERY other class says they are? Come to think of it why are so so fucking many swashies on PvP servers? STFU already.

the mental breach only procs so many times a minute. how many pvp fights last that long? I cant honestly go many fights and never even have it proc. So dont scream thats overpowered either. Youre just fishing now. Im not even going to comment on vex, his exaggerated post shows how much knowledge hes clearly lacking in pvp anyway.

Swashies can put out high numbers in group PvP thanks to hurricane and aoe's. Unfortunately this has some drawbacks, making swashies horrible MA's since they get locked onto the tank quite often if they are to utilize their DPS. Also, sustained DPS is nice in group PvP but burst damage that drops players quickly can be a lot more useful.

what about Monk ?

im on a Pve server [Belgium Here] and i win almost every duel iam doing, especially since RoK is out, 90+ Dr weapon hit Hard, add to that ward/tsu/crane flok,and even a wizz manashield dont really bother me, my toughest was was against a warden some times ago, he did really put a good fight, but i knew that person from Daoc, and he really shined at playing his class : )

and yes iam in a raiding guild so i suppose fabled armor weaps help a lot and its harder on pvp server to stuff yourself correctly

The ruleset for dueling on PvE servers is not the same on a PvP server. You cannot accurately compare experiences with dueling with that which goes on in a PvP server because damage and control effects are different, not to mention PvP requires AA specs from some classes that generally no one would take on PvE (Manashield comes to mind).
