You guys are wrong about reducing PvP. I PvP solo at least an hour a day, and I have no track, and no evac. I get wpned by groups alot sure, but who cares. Better to have fought and lost, than to go a couple hours and see nothing but people evaccing. Taking out evac also balances the game out a bit for the classes that don't have it. It's retarded how a scout class can track enemies, pick off anyone solo, and evac from any group. I'm quite sure there are a couple classes that are having a much better time accumulating tokens based on the current way evac works. As a 80 Fury 99% of the time I do get the jump on someone they are just gonna evac. Last night I saw multiple groupsa evacing from my small PvP group. These were pretty even fights as far as numbers, but evac allows gankers a way to avoid any thing even close to a fair fight, and only pick fights against soloers or groups smaller than theirs.The ability to evac doesnt even mae sense on a scout. I can imagine a more magic based class being able to just "POOF" disappear, but a meleeing scout? It just doesnt even make any sense.

Track, to a scout, is just as much of a signature ability as Evac is to a SK.
If you are gonna take out evac, I think you also need to remove track.
Or, we could just leave shit like it is and stop asking for other people's class skills to be taken away.

Honestly, at this point, my favorite pvp in EQ2 is when someone gets carnage flagged inside of Haven and you get a whole bunch of solos/duos just going at it with nothing to lose. Anywhere else and most people don't seem to want to fight

My comments were satire.
What I was saying is, since you are talking about taking out abilities you don't have to make your in game life easier, I say, why not take out everything that gives anyone an edge in PVP.
My point is, you can't do that, it's a slippery slope without a bottom.
I complain about situations in game, and make suggestions for changes.
One thing I usually don't do is call for class nerfs. By suggesting they remove evac, I'm saying you are asking for gigantic class nerfs, because the function and utility of those classes is based around that skill.
Think about it, if evac is removed in PVP, think about how badly that will fuck over the classes who have it now AND USE THAT SKILL FOR PVE purposes. Shit, can no longer use evac at all to get out of a PVE-type situation on Nagafen, or for the convenience of transportation?
I think that is going way too far bud.

Taking out evac would piss off too many people for them to warrant doing so.
Reach is ok I guess, I take advantage of it...rarely, iv mostly been rushing in for the quick token or 2 lately

Just make evac interruptable in pvp like wardens evac is. Don't need to remove it just level evac's playing field across all classes that have it.

SK evac is long casting and extremely interruptable, sometimes I don't get it off when I get ganked.
