I dont pvp, i tried it for like 20 lvls when it went live. however what if they gave evac a failure rate, like 2/10 times it failed? would that even shit out?

I think evac should fail at least as often as FD.

What, are you tired of people getting away from you Dankshasta?
Well, when you did have Technics you were very well known for charming people to get out of pvp when you started to lose. In my opinion, you can't say shit about a spell that is used as a means of escape.
Wonder what people will cry about next. We have to be running out of things....right?

What swashy effectively even uses his snares and mez. Answer not many. The only time I pop mez is when im belted and its resisted 8/10 times anyways. Leave reach its not the problem. Evac im neutral on. The best solution I heard was if you are hit first you cant evac, but if you evac before being encountered it goes. It would be a start atleast.

They would have to consider lag coming into play if they thought of going in that direction.
Last night for instance, I was at the Hollowing Stones post in JW about to fly to the shipyard. With Cat totem on and Track being up, Swass and friends flew in and jumped me without popping on track when they flew into range...all 6.

I don't think I ever did this is a one v one. I'd like to see someone say I did this to them and they weren't tagged heroic, or had buddies flying in. I think I was well known for charming people, but that's more cuz I was a well known Troub, and what good Troub doesn't charm alot? I loved the 1v1s, and I think you've witnessed me on WW doing quite a few of them, and far more than any other bard on Nagafen, tbh.
I digress; REACH, and EVAC(the scout CA one) were put in the game for PvE reasons and don't better the game on Naggy.

Well the only times I remember fighting Technics has been since RoK.. and supposedly it's not the same person playing or whatever. But the Technics I fought charmed or attempted to Charm and break combat every fight. Was like clockwork.. hit 30-40% health out comes the Charm. Troub losing to a Dirge is horrible I know but damn tell your buddy to take their loss like a man.
As for Evac & Reach.. there are far more important issues in PvP that need to be fixed right now. Charmed Pets is a big one, Charm breaking PvP Encounters is also a big one. I've fought a few swashes, had good fights with them the type I enjoy where it's down to the wire.. Reach was never a problem. then again I play a kiting class so guess i'm probably a bad example.
Take away Evac and I can guarantee a large chunk of the active pvp will disappear. Making Scout Evac interruptible would be the best option I think. It does get annoying engaging a Scout and because they didn't get the first hit immediately evac.. I have a temp buff that interrupts my target every hit, plus a straight interrupt, a stun and a knockback.. i've used all of them on a scout evacing from me and still they evac without a problem..
And finally for the whole groups running from your group thing.. I'll believe that when I see it.
