Hurricane only procs off of melee autoattack, not combat arts. Reach only lengthens our combat arts to 10 meters. Melee autoattack IIRC is only 5 with reach. Sure, this combo owns if the opposing group is standing ontop of each other.

imo should make CoB do the damage Insight/Inspiration does for swashes.. popping CoB and seeing 50-60damage extra each hit makes me cry. dunno what sort of math makes something that shows in PvP 130-240 = 50-60 damage..  at the same time I don't want them to mess with CoB as it's the only saving grace a dirge has in his arsenal.. Interrupt every hit + haste is nice.. but then again a Brigand gets interrupt on hit proc as a permanent buff so /shrug least our temp buff gives haste!.. which so does theirs.. i give up.
At least i have my 1557 PvP encounter Mit Debuff.. suck it dispatch!

There are plenty of reasons for evac to be removed. Everyone fucking evacs, even from relatively fair fights. The focus is not on how to win a fight, it's just on how to stop the goddamn evac. If just one group member can still evac, he will evac all the others too, even if they are already engaged in PvP. But it sure is a handy little ability when you want to save your fame.
Imagine how much fun PvP in this game would have been with no fame loss via PvP death and no evacs. Maybe people would actually fight, then...
Or maybe they should just give it to everyone already, so that everyone could evac and stand in immunity all the time. Because that is where all the fun lies....

but unlike evac or track reach is a pvp class-defining ability

Class-defining? Yeah it defines swashbucklers as THE class to play, and then you get these losers like Toadya, and Dryken running around,and even they can kill good players. Reach should be eliminated from PvP, it wasn't the defining trait anyway, it was a POST EOF mistake, engarde, and Inspiration define swashie in PvP.

Evas is simple...let it remain on pvp server just take away the Perma Immune....you evac you have 30secs to haul ass from evac point...ALSO put it back to like it was a few LU ago before they changed it, so NO one can evac if someone in group engages..

I'd trade reach in for our unnerfed timers. But then you'd bitch about dying two seconds after the swashbuckler got close enough to you, so what's the point?

I don't remember it ever being that situation, but I don't group pvp so much so it easily could have passed my notice; I remember when the way it worked was that anyone engaged would not get hit with evac when it went off, I think this was probably the best way to go about it.

Fame needs to be revamped, the system now makes for cowardly pvp. After that track needs to be passed around, evac removed, and pretty much every EOF aa removed from pvp. EOF pretty much ruiined pvp in this game. They need to start fixing what they fucked up.
