I do like the idea of a language quest though, and that's always been something I thought would be cool to have in game. I also really like the idea of restricting it to /say. No tells or /ooc, just allow for up close and personal shit talking.
It would keep the /ooc or /channel chat from turning into a non stop moron fest and would still allow for the trash talk during combat.

at BEST i might support lifting the restriction to just /say chatter, but that would lead to people physically hunting or stalking other characters in game just to verbally harass them within the 15m range or whatever it is. there's enough zerging and harassment without this.

how can anyone think that the general population of nagafen would be responsible with this power? do you guys even read the retarded shit that's posted in your OWN faction's public channels? now imagine if your enemies were in those same channels, and multiply the retardation and immaturity by a factor of... oh... eleventy billion.
