there we go, a brilliant idea!... which will be ignored by the devs.
using illusions and shrink to massively decrease the size of your character is a huge advantage in PvP if the person you're stalking isn't a scout. people rely on keeping their see invis/stealth buffs up and being able to swing the camera around occasionally to check for incoming PvP. if the person coming at them is literally the size of a kitten, you likely won't even see them if you're already engaged with a mob or otherwise occupied.
i play a scout, i have track and can see people approaching regardless of the retarded amounts of shrink they use, and i still support a
MINIMUM SIZE HARDCAP on pvp servers. i think 80% of the size of a normal halfling is plenty. illusions that decrease you way below this (monkey, cat, etc) should create larger versions of that animal to stay within the hard cap.
