I must be wrong, but higher resists = more resists on spells landing (not recently though, all casters hit for almost 100% anyway).. but that was the initial intention.

for a duel-type fight, that list is pretty accurate. it doesn't change too much for a 1v1 in the wild either. a warden or zerker in the hands of a good player is a monster.

but hey, keep nerfing brigands! until there's enough anti-crowd control abilities in game and enough nerfs to the class itself so it literally can't solo anyone, people will still whine and bitch about them. here's a hint ppl: suck less and use potions.

Just as a test I paid close attention running around last night - I fight pretty much every one I come across when I'm in the mood I was in last night and I didn't see it go off once.

Meds is right it very rarely procs. Even with max aa in it the aa is bugged and it DOESNT display an increased chance to proc as its meant to. Many classes get to rangers easily due to this and the kite nerf even with max snaring shot, shitloads of stun/root proc gear etc. I fought Eril and his trio a few times yesterday and in about 7 fights fettering poison only procced once on Eril thus slowing him and giving me a chance. However i would somwhat agree that if it did proc on every first shot with my 9 sec bow it would be kinda overpowered as i cant see anyone reaching me with this on and the other snares etc. In fact it seems to work like this in the arena as i was dueling Denzei and it kept him permafettered so much that i agreed to take it off as it was not a fair fight and this situation was not happening in the wild. So in summary i think its proc rate needs to be fixed to a higher lvl tho not an insanely high lvl as to make rangers overpowered again,

lolz there is no set list dude. For example a warden will crush a brawler every time, a brigand will destroy a warden everytime, and a brawler will destroy a brigand everytime. It just isn't that simple, especially considering I know I can woop 5/7 classes you just listed pretty much every time. Even though this is true when everything is equal, skill and strategy will always play a much larger role. Good players can find a way to beat classes they shouldn't be able to beat. For instance people are talking about the adrenaline buff for zerkers. If we are talking 1 on 1 you gotta be shittin me if you are telling me you can't figure out a way around a 30 second buff. In reality, you shouldn't even be posting anything in a pvp forum at that point, that's fucking basic strategy that you even learn in some raid settings.

edit: Oh I forgot, I completely agree, fettering poison should without a doubt be curable. I thought it was a bug, are you saying it's meant to be uncurable?

Are you really saying you think that it should stay uncurable? You must be kidding. I know for a fact I get hit with it everytime I fight a ranger. But regardless of the proc chance, its a fucking poison - cure poison should cure it, period.

Despite being a class that loves me some snaring, I agree that fettering poison should definitely be cureable. Every other poison is, correct?

Yeah that's bothered me for a long time.

Can honestly say it would make no difference to me if it was curable...
