Those items should be for noone. Maybe put it on the Mythical items the Guides are wearing, but for normal players this is way overpowered.

Re: Dev "grandfathers in" stoneskin item for scouts in PVP
Dispersion is overpowered beyond belief in PvP. A warlock can get ~47% solo I believe (33% across 4 items with propagations adding 4% extra per item). In a group with a dirge and templar that CAPS the fucking proc rate, and they end up with 60%+ dispersion proc.
This is all from treasured and legendary gear.
That's just about the most retarded shit you've all seen in awhile. Don't believe me? Fight against it once or twice.

Funny, because Propagations says it isn't supposed to affect items. When is Aeralik even going to acknowledge this bug, let alone fix it?

Add templar's and dirge's stoneskin to that 60%, and mages will be the new RoK tanks!

This has been hashed over quite a bit. Propogations isn't supposed to enhance effects EMBEDDED onto items. That means adornments are not effected by props, but effects placed on items when they are created remain effected. Wtf is Propogations supposed to do if they make it not effect items? Buff scout poison procs? Every warlock wants to be in a scout group.....
