My 80 Ilus is unable to defend against some 76 scout class or any. This guy had me so stunned that I couldnt even get a cast off b4 i was dead. By the time my pet kicked in i was half dead.. and the pets actions were worthless. Even the instant aoe mez wouldnt go off. I have also notice mez's being resisted, and mana drains and the other stuns. I have all adept threes, and over 700 int and over 500 wis. You would think that the Ilus could do something to defend.

Stock up on potions like Freedom of Mind in case he ganks you. Go down the Penetration line in EoF tree and add WIS line for extra subjugation.

Also make sure you always have See Stealth (Vision Totem of the Butterfly) to make sure he doesn't get first hit in.

You have to be on your toes though, 1v1 vs. a scout is tough.

what can really help you out. a lot of INT is nice, but whats just as important is your sub. low sub = high resist rate. so increase that stat as well. a little sub goes a LONG way =)
