I recently (yesterday morning if I recall correctly) encountered a brigand with the moppet disguise and the cat totem stacked together, and could not acquire a target with my PvP target buttons until they were within their own melee range. (note that being a swashbuckler this kind of targetting generates alot of hassle.)
As a scout, I can deal with this to an extent. I may not be able to target, but I can track and look in the right direction at least. Considering classes like mages, particularly conjurors and necros who really just can't catch a break, well that makes me just cringe at the imbalance this brings to the game.
Players that want to shrink because it makes them a small target? That's cool, that's just smart thinking. "Hey, I'm the healer, let's make it a bit easier to hide behind someone else in a fight!" Yeah, I can go for that. People that realized shrink could be stacked and used to interefere with targetting? Well, I'd prefer they die in a fire but it just wouldn't be a multiplayer game without people like that, I guess. Shrink needs to be cut down to a reasonable level or targetting needs to work properly for all sizes. I think just about all of the pvp playerbase agrees that a targetting issue needs to be addressed. It has now become a matter of waiting for a dev to address it.

I just wanted to correct one inconsistency in your post.
LON shrink cloak and billy doll do NOT stack.
If you have both on your character at one time, the game just uses the one that shrinks you the most. This works much like haste. Haste items don't stack, your character uses the one that most benefits you.
So you can't stack LON cloak and billy doll and become 90% smaller. You'll still only be 50% smaller from the LON cloak alone.

Re: Nerf shrink please
Billy doll and Mischief cloak stack though. But that is the only way to get smaller than 50%.

I honestly don't see the point of nerfing shrink. Tab target, lol? Or next PVP-Hostile target?

I haven't ran into this particualr issue yet in PvP because I am pretty much still a lowbie newb, but from reading some of the other threads on this, it appears that shrink also affects how tab and next hostile targetting works. Someone correct me please if that is wrong.

Yeh you can get down to 80% your original size that way. This in cat form is ridiculous. However, you need to wear the cloak of mischief to keep its shrink effect...which IMO isn't worth it in PVP.

Euron is an idiot who thinks he knows everything. He's always been like that. Just ignore him. Illusion form DOES affect tab targetting. I've been less than 5 meters away from somebody and tried tab targetting them and wasn't able to. I had to check track and use /target name in order to get a target. Pretty retarded.

That shit doesn't work man, tab target, next pvp hostile, you can't even fucking put your cursor on some of these toons and click because they are so small.
When's the last time you PVP'd on Nagafen man? Because from what you just wrote, it doesn't seem like recently.
I would describe people shrinking to somewhere around 15% of regular size. I fought a guy the size of a rat yesterday, the only way to target him was by clearing target and having him come up on my target when he hit me. Yes, that's all I could do was wait for him to hit me.
What I'm saying, kill compounding shrink. Allow shrink, but not to be more than 50% of Gnome size at lowest. Anything smaller than that is taking advantage of poor game mechanics by making yourself too hard to target in PVP. Seeing who can buy the most LON cloaks and other shrink devices shouldn't determine strategy in PVP.

But the shrink cloak or Billy doll combined with something PLUS cat form = tiny little rat size, a toon so small you can't even make out the visible features at close distance.
I'm saying, they need to make shrink so that you can't only use one, and you can't combine the forms or effects. This is nuts.

Man, I wish I could show you how much shit from PVE is fucking over PVP, it at least should work both ways.
We have Godlike players now with multiple stoneskin effects and people without any heal spells that have enough shit to keep themselves healed.
The combined effect of all this shit is trivial and not important in PVE, but is hugely important in PVP, and in fact is redefining basic strategy, gameplay, and has made many of the less fortunate classes far worse off than they were before the beginning of this expansion.
ROK itemization for PVE servers has Rick Rolled the PVP servers. It's really like the story of when rabbits were introduced to Australia for the first time, they weren't a good fit and caused catastrophic problems that didn't exist elsewhere because the environment and food chain wasn't balanced for rabbits there.

Re: Nerf shrink please
The irony is that most of the PVEr's don't even want a lot of the items that fuck over pvpers. I don't really see anyone wearing them for those effects alone unless they're soloers, and well, fuck solo pve people.
