From what I've been told it procs off taunts. That zerker in Betrayed, name starts w/ a F, has it and Tratos said he got hit with the ring poc when he was fighting him and get killed wolves or w/e.

In PvP for me, the damage hits for 1.6k regular, and 2.5k crit.

PvE, it hits for 2.6k regular, and up to 4.5k crit. (Without the under 30% power AA).

Also this ring is what bugs immunity. It keeps your group in combat with the victim's corpse, which carries with the victim to the revive point. Then when you buff you get placed into combat. I guess the revive option and getting to full health counts as healing in PvP combat?

Which is odd because I was fighting a bruiser the other day on my illy and he didnt fight back, he was attempting to but I managed to keep him under control (close mind down I guess), and ended up just healing himself. Aparently that didn't pull him into combat and he just zoned over.

Heading into Chelsith for about the 15th time and still no ring for my illy
