I have no fucking clue who Jayn is, in fact Jayn you can suck my dick. Do I agree with Pett on alot of this shit?? Yes, is it becuz it's Pett? Fuck no, I wish Pett would die in a fire that I started. It's becuz he is right, and to lend further credence to his argument, i see him out PvPing, so I would imagine he has some insight.

I have the PvP parry belt on my Ranger, and 2 Dispersion items on my Warlock. In my opinion the PvP parry belt is much, much more powerful. I'd take the parry PvP belt on my Warlock over the dispersion procs. Since the only classes I'm concerned about, do melee or ranged damage. And I know the belt is GOING to work.
