P.S. /Off-topic: Instead you setup safehouse and camp the sok posts therefore.. "once it is setup" (can't take that long), you can camp the sok post (as I have seen you a lot in Fens) and evac (I mean safehouse) whenever you want to relative safety i.e. outside someones tracking capability.
IMO It is another evac and should only port you <=50m away in PvP servers. Which is still very nice.. IMO ofcourse

lol everything will be overpowered to you until they nerf everything except your class, or items that your class makes relatively exclusive use of, to shit.
I mean seriously you beat their group anyway wtf are you moaning about?
As I see it these items have brought the mage classes back into the pvp game.
And if the person was a warlock you are indeed complaining pretty much directly about their class as propagation aa is the only way to reach 50%+ stoneskin (unless with a templar/dirge)

50%+ of stoneskin is ridiculous, admittedly. But even the 30+% wizards can get, for example, is a ridiculous amount. The item is just poorly implemented and needs tuning.
Beating their group is WAYY besides the point, as well. Nobody in the game should be able to stand there for 3 minutes straight laughing when 3 people are beating on you all at once and can't kill you.

Wait, let me get this straight.
First you try to have mages try and get GM's to un-attune their first version, so you could get it. Failing that you now go on crusade to nerf it?
And please consider, that this item, might affect your class(+swash) just a little bit more than any other class.
Ps. Belt is from the named wolf in Fens, iirc. Name escapes me though.

I'm really curious about this 3-minute thing. Dispersion gear does not generate any sort of heals, so unless manashield is up the mage's hitpoints won't be going anywhere but DOWN. Manashield only lasts 30 seconds, followed by a 90 second cooldown. You're telling me that for 90 seconds, with 3 people beating on him, with at LEAST half of the hits NOT being stoneskinned, you still couldn't do 6k damage to kill the mage?
Also, stop blowing up the numbers, everyone knows that stoneskinned damage is unmitigated. If you figure 30k was stoneskinned, tone that down about 40% and you'll have the real damage number. Still a lot? Yup, but lets use more actual numbers if you want to be taken seriously.

Not too worried about farming the belt, I've been buying all of mine for 1-2pp per.

I like stone skin tbh and I play an assassin as my main. Like others have said including myself, I would like to reitterate that Stoneskin (+power regen) and manashield = OP. Sure it gets even worse when the warlock is low and null-mail kicks in.
I don't think that anyone can seriously disagree with me in this situation. Perhaps this is what Kruhl is tryin gto emphasise with his "exaggerated" numbers?
I am sure the developers (Fyrefly or whatever) initially wanted to help mages and isntead gave everyone these stoneskin items (OMG?). They were famously later nerf'd and "some" special exceptions were allowed to stay in (which imo is BS considering all the other crap that has been removed and forcefully changed in-game, regardless of farm time).
So now only mages can use them (or whatever), but the problem as highlighted earlier is this effect combined with manashield, NOT imo with the other mages who TBH need some (ok ALOT) of help to stand a chance in PvP.
I would also hate to think and therefore assume that the +power proc from stoneskin even regenerates Manashield... and that just contributes to the problem further
Lets not make it personal about Kruhl (anymore) and consider the message between the lines.. in short.. stone-skin + MS = OP
