You know what's funny is that I used the banker that isn't supposed to be there... and I'm on nagafen.

TBH I didn't take a screen shot because I just believed the quest to have been fixed after several petitions from myself (and I'm assuming others)..
Anyway, what was even more strange is that you have to speak to "somers the Hard" to actually complete the quest. WHich doesn't sound strange until you come to hail him... with a book over his head indicating a quest is complete and you need to hail him for the final reward.
I have already done every other quest in JW so I know I didn't already have a quest outstanding with "somers the Hard" but still when I hailed him... nothing happened..
I petitioned this and a developer litterally logged onto my account and completed the quest for me. As explained from my petition.
