You're hurting your own cause and credibility asking for level locking to be reinstated.

Everything was good up until that point. It's a shame, too, because the developers need to understand that PVP is part of the playerbase, too, and if they want to keep customers, they better work on fixing all the retarded issues that have existed since Nagafen was first implemented.

A dev would do well addressing the issues you listed, minus the level locking.

Well, we wouldn't know yet, as I doubt they'd put PvP changes in the patch notes for Test as it's not a PvP server =/

actually low lvl pvpers dont ruin game at all, most of them were alts anyway (of ppl from pve servers and some mains from pvp wo couldnt solo as easy as scouts eh)
