you want to know the funny thing about exiles? we'd still be saying dispersion, averted eyes, reactive fear, etc etc is overpowered, even if we could use PvP gear. we're not greedy, and we're not stupid. exiles, just like everyone else, want a balanced, enjoyable PvP environment.

hell, our mages still can (and do) use dispersion gear. they agree it's overpowered. however, do you think ANY of them has any illusions about it being nerfed sometime in the near future? fuck no.

oh, and don't give me that "you guys can get PVE gear that we cant". that is false, and has been debated in other threads many times over. reference those threads if you want to see the unfortunate reasons why city guilds fail.

Fixed that one for you. people don't like losing and will do anything to keep whatever advantages they have.

Would you prefer it if I said that exile guilds can (and do) have a much easier time of killing raid targets? City guilds *CAN* kill things, but being exiled and having all classes makes it easier, which means they get gear faster, which means they kill the next stuff faster. Search all my psots, I have never said city guilds CANNOT kill things, only that being exiled makes it much easier.

Do you not see how shrink + averting eyes can be a problem right now? Anyone that requires range like a Ranger or someone at range like a Mage is going to have a hell of a time when they can't "tab" for you, and they can't physically see you.

Shrink by itself isn't a problem, neither is this deagro proc, but together they pose a huge fucking problem when you can't physically see someone just out of melee range. Especially for a Ranger.

I'll help you two morons out since you skipped over the one key sentence.

Every single time it proc'd, or he used his abilities to clear target, I had to wait for him to hit me again in order to get a target.

P.S. The entire point, and I know you'll miss it, is this. If you truly don't think this item is overpowered, and I don't. You had better wake up and point out in feedback, and bug reports to developers why it isn't and how other aspects of the game are making it look like this item is overpowered. Aspects that need fixed.

i have argued for all of the nerfs (dispersion, pvp effects) using constructive criticism. the problem is that most people are too stupid to understand simple logic and reason when it related to game balance. =(

You miscalculate weapon dmg increases by only using DR, and I could go on and on. Your arguments are broken, disattached to game mechanics, and biased in everyway.
