Sounds fair if you give dispersion back to scouts imo...

The apparent master of stealth aka assassin gets 1 quick deaggro as well..
Another is on a ~3 second cast time and the last is on a ~4 sec cast time.. i.e. the latter 2 are almost pointless in most pvp situations because of teh long cast time...

Re: Is this item overpowered for PVP?
Yeah, I was under the impression (mistaken apparently) that concealment caused a target drop... it doesnt, checked, its 5%.
Does anyone know if the racial detaunts cause target drops?

Re: Is this item overpowered for PVP?
Look, guys, this isn't rocket science here. The devs have, even through constant criticism of how "broken" PvP feels in EQ2, continually tuned the PvP environment to make it even more annoying and distateful to PvP. I honestly wish they'd take back a lot of things they've added or changed in the last year or so and just removed a few of the glaring problems that existed pre-EoF (in combat evac, etc). I'm pretty sure that all of these changes have been done to try to force people to engage in 6v6 PvP more often instead of soloing (where these "balance" changes make at least a bit of sense). The upcoming PvP writs only enforce that stance.
Dispersion gear, massive reactive deaggro effects for all archetypes, improved manashield, god abilities, immunity timers, etc etc... all of these take away in some small way from the fun of balanced PvP.
Maybe I just want a nice FFA ruleset server like everyone else... maybe that dream will someday come true.. Who knows? /sigh/

Don't be silly! Then he might lose fame!!1
I can see why he wouldn't want to PvP in exile though... what's the point? Hurray... I can get a title, which proves how uber I am (honest!)

Re: Is this item overpowered for PVP?
This is no more, or less overpowered than the dispersion procs.
Assassins get an end line that doubles procing rates, coupled with this, healing procs, warding procs, et cetera it can take an eternity to kill a well equipped Assassin. GOOD!!
It pains me to see people like Kruhl support this stuff, but cry nerf over dispersion procs.

example : my guild has just started tier 2, weve killed a few nameds in tier2 alredy, but we know for 100% FACT, that as a qeynos guild right now, we cant clear temple of korsha, not saying its impossible, but with the qeynos classes i think are dps is gonna ahve to go up a shit tonne to clear it, the only reason we cant kill kodux and zarda is cos we cant do enuf dps, for no other reason but exiles an kill it with ease cos they have all classes, tell me now why it is fair on a pvp server that the people who pvp more get less rewards for pvping than those who dont pvp.
seems abuot fair to me that these items are very powerful tbh.

I don't have a problem with any other item I've seen bud, none of them. But this effect with it's proc rate isn't on any other item in game. You can't get anything like this by raiding. I think there's a reason that everyone with enough tokens is buying this item first, before any other item. People are voting with their tokens this is the most powerful item you can buy with tokens. It is overpowered.

Re: Is this item overpowered for PVP?
This item isn't nearly as bad as dispersion, i can live with factions getting this since target is a button away. Or be like me and make a popsi macro.
Nuke is BS though.

Depends on how the deagro acts. Some deagro's will not allow you to retarget for "up to" 3 seconds.
