Item is nice, very appropriate for PVP. Lots of other good rings in the game, the proc needs to be good in order to make it worth a 300 token upgrade.

In fact, there needs to be more PVP items similar to this one.

I agree with Kruhl, it's one of the few PvP rewards decent enough to merit spending 300 tokens. I'd probably say the only other scout available item (because I don't know about the rest of the archtype PvP rewards) that's really worth it's cost is the boomerang.

20% may seem like alot, but Averted Eyes can be and often is resisted by your opponent, and as far as I know every archtype besides mage can get an item with Averted Eyes on it?

20% proc chance is too high, coupled with all he other deaggros, its very hard to target scouts with this on, and tbh they kill you fast enough without any deaggros.

Yeh, I know for a fact there is a priest only shield with this effect and there is an earring for mage as well I think. Sure about shield.. earring i'd need to confirm...

This is a worthy reward for 300 tokens... imo not at all OP..

If the item/effect is available to all, then it is very hard to be classified as being OP... in combination with other degarro? only the rogues get efficient deaggro skillz... my assassin gets 1 and a slow cast invis... nothing to see there tbh.. especially if all it takes is a "macro" o getlast hostile target..

scouts already get enough deaggros, 20% chance off ANY damage is retardedly high.

i don't give a shit about the dmg portion of it, but that constant forced deaggro is just rape.

yeah become is my guildie and i never agree with him half the time, but when most scouts aleady have an ability that puts u into stealth and drops target, a evade that drops target, and brigands/swashbucklers have a deaggro stance that procs like 3.0 times per min that drops target 20% is a bit much on a proc item. Mages should get an item with the same ability if scouts do ( forgive me if mages already do i havnt seen the pvp armor).
