Why did fission Not get the extra nerf that fusion did?

Any wizard can look at his spell and tell you fission didnt get the extra nerf that fusion did (they probably dont want to.) Well anyone can just buy examining the pve and pvp value of each of them at your local broker. Fusion has like a 40% nerf in pvp where fission has only 20%. Bolt of ice and execute still have the extra nerfs their spell lines were given but it seems they forgot to give it to fission. I have decent resist (about 7-8k cold) and still be 1 shotted if i don't notice the wizard is casting it. The extra nerfs were put in for a reason and i think this over sight needs to be corrected. Anyone else notice this?

i recently sat outside of VP with a wizard while we were waiting for spots to open up in the raid. i let him sit there and cast freehanded fission's on me as it repopped. he never one shotted me, even on the crits. =)

(then again i have 12k unbuffed hp and i enjoy torturing cocky mages... so this may not help your argument here at all!)

hit for normaly 6k dmg, sometimes 8k ( perhaps bad resists )

Just a wild guess there, but I think every wizard (that pvps) has betrayed to Warlock thus making the change unnecessary.
