Yes, I see worthy opponents as someone around the same title and more or less even con. I don't think players should be able to get all their updates by squashing bugs. I should also add in ganking and unfair fights too as not killing a worthy opponent. Killing a solo'er with a group or raid would not update this part of the quest. Getting rolled by a full group or raid is not PvP.
