This is so true. Why on earth do we have to kill exiles??? And by also requiring you to kill certain classes, they make it exceptionally difficult for soloists and small groups. Even big groups and raids may be sitting on a stupid writ, unable to complete it for days because they can't find that one last necromancer or exile. And all that for just 5 little tokens... man, that's harsh to the point where it's probably not worth it.
I'll admit I was one of those asking for better balance between the classes than the previous token system could provide, but this solution ain't gonna work. The writ idea was good, but the implementation was absolutely horrible. This isn't fun, SOE!
Here's how to fix it: Drop all those silly special requirements, just make it 10 kills (exiles or city aligned) for 5 tokens instead. Much simpler, less annoying and more fair.
